To secure money for his family, Milos, a retired adult film star, plunges once more into the depths of pornographic production only to realise too late the depraved nature of his new mysterious and menacing director s vision. The director, Vukmir, and his cohorts will stop at nothing to complete their film and Milos is forced to carry out a series of increasingly depraved acts. He is desperate to escape this living cinematic hell but Milos cannot possibly know what unspeakable horrors Vukmir has in store for him next. This Special Edition DVD includes an introduction by the director and an exclusive, never seen before, "making of" the infamous baby scene that was banned by British censors. The BBFC requested 49 individual cuts before Spasojevic's film could be granted an 18 certificate but, despite these cuts, it remains a very shocking work with many scenes of strong sexual violence and a high potential to cause upset and offence.
