Very clean, enamel okay. The award book is missing. But the certificate of use issued by President Urho Kekkonen can be found. A Royal Norwegian Order of St. Olav; Commander’s Cross with Swords (Military Division).  of very fine quality make, marked on suspension loop “J. Tostrup 925 S", on original long neck ribbon. In original case of issue, marked J.Tostrup on interior lid, case stands extremely fine.
