"Black Christmas", "My Bloody Valentine" and "Happy Birthday to Me" are Canadian slasher masterpieces, but "Prom Night" is cool too. The scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis is amazing playing Kim, lovely and strong. The script influenced another slasher films some time later. "Prom Night" script is simple but effective, with some twists. The death scenes are gory and Paul Zaza's soundtrack is cool. A classic horror film!"
