Bitches and Bastards - Bitchslaps cd - norja Oi!/pUnK -

This release came about through a visit I made with a couple of friends to Bergen in Norway to see The Greenland Whalefishers support Shane Mac Gowan and the Popes. We did a radio interview with Aggresso and Ardcore Andy talked with a lad at the gig who had heard the interview. When I got back this bloke had signed my guestbook with his bandss website so I checked it out and he sent me a cdr of the album they had recorded and were looking for help to release it so we agreed to do a 50/50 split release of 1000 cds as they have started their own label Trang I Hjelmen Records. It has 10 songs mostly in English but some in Norwegian too. This band remind me of great bands like Swedens Perkele, who put the English Oi sound of the 80s through their Scandanavian machine and it comes out sounding great.
