A slightly muddled affair that,be warned comes under a series of different titles both here in Britain and in the States.William Petersom (Pre C.S.I) plays an American Security Chief who befriends local Bar owner the Brilliant as always George C. Scott,but as time goes on He realises that there's more to Scott's past than He's being suggesting. There's a Hemingway, Graham Greene feel to this flick with a splash of Casablanca but it does begin to lose steam at the halfway point.
