Tobe Hooper's follow-up to the legendary 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' is a similarly grisly affair. It tells the tale of a psychotic motel owner (Neville Brand) who hacks up his guests and feeds them to the hungry crocodile who lives in the swamp next door. The film's star-studded cast includes Mel Ferrer (husband of Audrey Hepburn), Carolyn Jones (TV's Morticia Adams), Marilyn Burns (the lone survivor of the aformentioned chainsaw massacre) and Robert Englund (the future Freddy Krueger).

Death Trap tells the story of a deranged madman who uses the guests of his rundown hotel, not only to be victims for his demented thirst for blood, but also as food for the crocodile he keeps under the hotel....
