This is the 2012, Danish single disc, Region 2/PAL release from Another World Entertainment. It is UNCUT & RESTORED, runs 92 minutes, is presented in 1:33:1, 4:3 Full Screen format, in Dolby Digital 2.0 English Language with Danish, Norwegian, Swedish & Finnish Subtitles.

A young couple rent rooms in a converted nightclub run by Olaf, a dwarf, and his mother. The other residents are three naked women who are being held prisoner, subdued by heroin. Visiting men pay to have sex with the women, which is depicted in some detail. It is not simulated. Sadists will enjoy the brief whipping scene. Fans of bad singing and middleaged breasts will enjoy Olaf's mother.

While her husband is away, the young wife discovers the attic prison room, is herself discovered, and ends up chained to the wall in her underwear, then in nothing, forced to watch, than take part in, some vigorous hanky-panky. Further dramatic events follow and the police become involved.

Olaf makes use of his walking stick not only for walking, but for assault, sexual and otherwise. He looks as sinister in the film as he does on the DVD box.

Picture quality is mostly good, only occasionally showing signs of being restored from various prints. Swedish subtitles were burned into the negative, but selecting "off" in the menu will blur them to make them less distracting. They are absent during the most dramatic moments anyway.

Extras include original cinema trailers for other films, slideshows of cinema posters and the like, filmographies and biographies.

This film requires considerable suspension of disbelief, some of the acting is a bit odd, but because the film is so weird and unusual, I'm giving it five stars.
