The four friend s topic of conversation turns to their strict catholic upbringing and the possible wrongs that each has done through there lives that have earned them a seat in Death s anteroom, now will their actions as children forge their future and determine the final resting place of their eternal souls. A thought provoking film that explores the youthful coming of age and the views held by the catholic church of these adolescent years.

If you aren't familiar with all things Catholic, this movie probably won't work for you. I attended Catholic schools at a time when Kennedy was elected, nuns looked like nuns and everyone knew what scapulars were. To me, Impure Thoughts is the story of my elementary school. I am confident the writers are Catholic school alumni.
