On St Patrick's Day sixty six years ago the town of Irish Channel in Louisiana was the site of a bloody massacre! Some blame a deadly storm that swept through the town, but those that were there know the horrifying truth. Since that day St Patrick's Day celebrations have been banned, but now the new mayor wants to bring them back, but by doing so he will be risking the lives of everyone in the town as an evil force will be unleashed.
