The obverse of the coin features the relief of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation, there is an inscription on the semicircular "Russian Federation", inscriptions: denomination of the coin - "25 rubles" and the year of issue - "2014", on the right - the mint trademark. The reverse depicts three mascots of the Olympic Games in Sochi 2014: White Bear, Leopard, Hare. Underneath the mascots there is the emblem of the XXII Olympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi.
