Count Yorga, Vampire (1970) : " Bob Kelljan's "Count Yorga,Vampire" is an effective horror film which has plenty of suspense and atmosphere.Robert Quarry("Madhouse")is simply outstanding as a deadly vampire Count Yorga and there are some sexy vampiresses.The film may be a little too tame for some people's tastes,but there is enough thrills to satisfy horror fans.Highly recommended. The Return of Count Yorga (1971): "Robert Quarry reprises the role that established him as a horror film star of the 1970s. His buddy Brudah is back, inexplicably alive and well. In my opinion, Quarry was the best version of the classic European (here a Bulgarian) "nobleman" vampire, better, smoother, more eloquent, more vicious and sadistic than Lugosi, Lee, Lederer, Palance, Elliot, Carradine and all the rest. And he had the most dialogue of any screen Count, speaking more lines in the first 30 minutes than Lee did in 8 Dracula films.

The Count is back in this outstanding sequel to the well known Count Yorga Vampire. As sequels go this is superb in every way, if anything this is more terrifying than its predecessor in some really scary moments in the story. Unlike the first film the make-up on the Count's female harem is truly terrifying to say the least. "
