Destined Solitaire is the fifth studio album by the Swedish progressive rock band Beardfish, released on July 13, 2009, through InsideOutMusic.

Sweden is still one of the most innovative spots for new and talented musicians and bands. One successful example of this is the band Beardfish created by prog rock mastermind Rikard Sjöblom. Beardfish's sound can be described as 70's Progressive Rock meets the unique musical craftsmanship of a band with many innovative and yet sometimes bizarre compositions and ideas.

Fans of the Swedish progressive rock band Beardfish enjoy groups with 1970s retro-prog sounds, quirky eclecticism, and heavy dynamic shifts.
