  A fitness regime tailored to specific body types is the basis of the Fiona Phillips' Body Shape Solution. With a band of stylish, professional women in black lycra uniforms to inspire, and the promise of redistributing weight to your figure's best advantage, this must be fitness for the Bridget Jones market. According to Sarah McClurey who devised the programme, walking swimming and low resistance training suit pear shape figures; step classes, aerobics and weight training suit apple shape figures and a balance of aerobics and weight training suit hour-glass figures. That's probably the most useful bit of information, and the part you're most likely to follow. The 50-minute programme is divided into four segments: warm-up, aerobics, routine, warm-down. But only one segment is tailored to each specific figure (the routine). Fast-forwarding to your bit isn't a quick option, as McClurey states the entire 50-minute session has to be done three times a week for results.
