Bulgari was established in 1993 by a group of Bulgaria's leading folk musicians to render authentic, pure interpretations of Bulgarian folk music. This recording features an excellent selection of traditional and folk melodies from the region. The Bulgarian bagpipe lends a familiar tone to these songs, which also feature several string instruments, flute and vocals.
