Burning eyes, fragrant hair, trembling cheeks—

A long, quiet silence harbors the separation of a nineteen-year-old's first love on earth…

Heiichiro Okawa, a fifth-year student at Kanazawa Junior High School, lives a poor life on the second floor of a geisha house behind the red-light district with his mother, Omitsu, who makes a living by needlework, since his father has passed away.

One day, a young woman bursts into their room.

The woman, Fuyuko, was forced to become a geisha and had run away from being sold to the geisha house Shunpuuro.

But Heiichiro could only watch as Fuyuko wept…
