Rock'n'roll all nite! Guitar Hero -pelien vanavedessä ja ennen pelisarjan nelososaan siirtymistä tutustutaan yhteen maailman menestyneimmistä ja arvostetuimmista rock bändeistä eli itsensä Aerosmithiin.

Nämä elävät rokkilegendat ovat saaneet oman Guitar Hero -pelinsä, jossa pelaajat joutuvat todellisen urahaasteen eteen: nousta pienestä kellaribändistä suureksi, ylistetyksi ja suosituksi bändiksi - ja tietysti matkan varrella soittaa bändin suurimmat ja tärkeimmät hitit läpi. Peli ei kuitenkaan koostu pelkästään Aerosmithin omista biiseistä, vaan mukaan on otettu artisteja, jotka ovat joko esiintyneet Aerosmithin kanssa uran varrella tai vastaavasti tulleet inspiroituneeksi näiden musiikista. Mukana on historiallisia paikkoja bändin uran varrelta, jotka luovat ainutlaatuista fiilistä biisien soittamiseen ja uran kokemiseen Guitar Heron parissa. - 41 kappaletta, joista 30 alkuperäistä Aerosmith-hittiä ja 11 biisiä muilta kovan luokan nimiltä (kuten mm.
