”Honestly, one of the best movies from Fred Olen Ray I have ever seen. This was a great part for 90’s B-movie Scream-Queen Brinke Stevens. But the real discovery here for me was Delia Sheppard as the slutty (Femme Fatal) secretary. She was quite a looker and apparently I’m not the only one who thought so. According to the Director's Commentary Sylvester Stallone (whom she worked with on Rocky V right after this movie) was also very taken with her. Even requesting a VHS tape of this movie from the director for himself. Oh Sly…

Haunting Fear is a trashy, sleazy sex & crime B-movie Horror/Thriller that 100% works for what it is. It has fun performances that fit the material, bloody (if goofy) violence, lots of (very nice) nudity and even a semi-decent plot and some tension. There’s even a random, but very welcome, cameo by Michael Berryman. What more do you want? It’s a great midnight fun movie and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s into these kind of movies.
