This is a 3-sided double LP issued in a non-gatefold jacket, with a 12"×12" 8-page folded glossy color insert with credits and lyrics in several languages.

The whole album was recorded live direct to digital two-track at the Roundabout Theatre, New York City, 23, 24 and 25 Jan 1986 except "Man In The Street" recorded during rehearsals on 22 Jan 1986.

Preparations included a pre-mix test and extensive rehearsals, finally the audience was asked to be as silent as possible during the performance and only applaud after the song's finished so it could be easily edited out.
