Profile: Julio Romero, Salsa bassist from New York City, has an impressive music history. Growing up in New York, he was involved in the Salsa scene from a young age. Romero has been a member of the legendary Orchestra Harlow (Fania Records) and worked with masters such as Ray Barretto, Charanga 76, Ismael Miranda, Willie Rosario, Machito and Tito Puente.?
