Patto Akarma AK 185 is a 2002/2003 Italian vinyl reissue of the self-titled 1970 album by the the British progressive rock band Patto. Released by the Italian label Akarma Records under catalog number AK 185, this edition features heavy audiophile vinyl and a gatefold cover.

Patto was a British jazz-rock and progressive rock band formed in London in 1970 out of the ashes of the mod/pop group Timebox.
