Phase IV on graafisen suunnittelijan ja elokuvantekijän Saul Bassin ohjaama vuoden 1974 tieteiskauhuelokuva. Sen käsikirjoitti Mayo Simon, joka käytti inspiraationa H. G. Wellsin vuoden 1905 novellia "Empire of the Ants". Elokuvan pääosissa ovat Michael Murphy, Nigel Davenport ja Lynne Frederick.
Desert ants suddenly form a collective intelligence and begin to wage war on the desert inhabitants. It is up to two scientists and a stray girl they rescue from the ants to destroy them. But the ants have other ideas.
