Savoy Brown is a pioneering English blues-rock band formed in London in 1965. Guided for nearly six decades by founding guitarist Kim Simmonds, the group became famous for their energetic blend of Chicago-style blues and boogie-rock. Though primarily a cult act in the UK, they achieved massive international success through relentless North American touring.

One side comprises some great studio numbers whilst the second side is devoted to a live recording of their stage favourite 'The Savoy Brown Boogie' recorded live in Detroit. Pressed on 180g vinyl and housed in a sturdy gatefold sleeve just like the US original.
