Two scientists are placed in hibernation and should be awaken after three years. But when they wake up, it turns out that it has been fifty years, and they are the only two males in a new, underground society composed exclusively of women.
SEXMISSION is a side-splitting satire from Polish director Juliusz Machulski that straddles the genre lines of sci-fi and sex-romp in equal measure! Critical and skewering of both chauvinist fears about the extremes of feminism and the Polish government's fallible attempt to pull the wool over its citizen's eyes, it features a cast of Polish all-stars from Jerzy Stuhr (Dekalog) and Olgierd Lukaszewicz (Interrogation) to Boguslawa Pawelec (Blind Chance) and Dorota Stalinska (Ga-ga: Glory to the Heroes).
