Sister Sledge on yhdysvaltalainen, Philadelphiasta kotoisin oleva disko- ja soul-yhtye.
Se perustettiin vuonna 1971, jolloin siihen kuuluivat siskokset Debbie, Joni, Kathy ja Kim Sledge.
Kathy erosi yhtyeestä vuonna 1989, ja siitä lähtien Sister Sledge on esiintynyt triona.
Joni kuoli kotonaan 60-vuotiaana 10. maaliskuuta 2017.
Yhtyeen kuuluisin kappale on vuonna 1979 julkaistu ”We Are Family”. Pienempiä hittejä ovat olleet ”He’s the Greatest Dancer”, ”Lost in Music”, ”My Guy” ja ”Frankie”.
