Audio documentary

Includes clips of interviews with Ian Lee (then-manager of Trinity Studios), vocal coach Pepi Lemer, and Natasha Coughin (member of the band 'Persuasion,' of which Victoria Adams was a part ca. 1993-1994). Also includes excerpts of a 1996 interview with Victoria and Geri talking about songwriting and their musical influences.

Among the music-related contents are:
"Don't Be A Stranger" (cover) - audition performance by Michelle Stephenson (the girl that Emma Bunton replaced in the final group lineup)
"Take Me Away" - a cappella performance by the Spice Girls during a vocal training session with Pepi Lemer
Covers of "Venus", "Like A Prayer" and "Bad Girl" - clips of songs recorded by an unidentified artist (presumably Natasha Coughin)
"Perfect Vision" - a company jingle, among the earliest studio-recorded tracks by the Spice Girls
