50th Anniversary Edition has been newly remixed and remastered on 180g vinyl.

The Band holds a nearly mythological place in rock history, despite experiencing such a meteoric but short initial run.

There were only six albums of mostly original material during the group’s 1968-77 era as a five-piece group featuring Robbie Robertson, Levon Helm, Rick Danko, Richard Manuel, Garth Hudson.

Stage Fright is the third studio album by Canadian American group the Band, released on August 17, 1970. Engineered by Todd Rundgren and Glyn Johns, it features two of the group’s best-known songs, “The Shape I’m In” and “Stage Fright”, both of which showcased inspired lead vocal performances (by Richard Manuel and Rick Danko, respectively) and became staples in the group’s live shows.
