Pablo is a lesser known quartet whose
regardlessly droning their type of under-
ground music as an alternative choices
over "the over-populated" boring Indie
sounds these days with the band's cold
acts of penetration deeper into the limita-
tion reachable tainted sounds of Stoner
Rock, Dark Grungy Metal and sinister
strange vocals but with a very crushing
brilliant chords progression just like on
Hola Senoritas or You Fucked a Friend
of Mine. Tremendous riffage and techni-
que on creating heavy fuzzed sounds co-
vering thus ambigu lyrics which seems to
be as sarcastic as their music on The
Story of Love and Hate. Pablo is dark and
mysterious as like one whom wanted a
perfect girl whose going to follow you to
the edge of the world...

"The London-based quartet Pablo are
after Motorhead and AC/DC the loudest
band I've ever seen. At one point a girl
passes out, a victim of collateral damage.
But for all their brutal attack, there are
real melodies here. Though their Black
Sabbath-esque sludge rock may evoke
the artier side of America's grunge explo-
sion the guitarist Paul Fyfe and string-
bending bassist Iain Slater's occasionally
audible harmonies come from a different
place entirely. It's sweet sweet pain all
the way."
