" Vacancy is one of those few thrillers that are actually scary. It delivers some very nice scares, great atmosphere and cinematography, and some nice performances. Frank Whaley gives one heck of a performance, a lunatic physco manager. Luke Wilson and Kate Beckinsale plays a realistically indifferent couple. They both are very good. The story itself is basically different, but the film really is just a typical thriller, but the difference is that it is actually very good, while other thrillers these days are not. The film contains some very nice shots that are enough to scare us. The snuff films could have been shown more, since I thought that is the scariest thing about the film. Go see Vacancy! "
