Wayne's World

1990s US comedy starring Mike Myers and Dana Carvey. Moronic metalheads Wayne and Garth (Myers and Carvey) broadcast their cable-access show, 'Wayne's World', from Wayne's basement in Aurora, Illinois. Their wisecracks about youth, music and girls are picked up on by TV executive Benjamin Kane (Rob Lowe), who pays them to produce a new and improved programme for national TV. However, the pair discover that fame has its price when they lose control of the show and Benjamin starts pursuing Wayne's girlfriend, Cassandra (Tia Carrere). The cast also includes Alice Cooper, Lara Flynn Boyle and Meat Loaf.

Mike Myers and Dana Carvey return to star in this 1990s comedy sequel. Despite still hosting 'Wayne's World' with Garth (Carvey), Wayne (Myers) finds a new purpose in life when he is visited by the ghost of Jim Morrison (Michael A. Nickles): he must now organise a massive rock festival - Waynestock. Meanwhile, Wayne and his girlfriend Cassandra (Tia Carrere) clash over her band's new producer, Bobby Cahn (Christopher Walken), and Garth makes romantic overtures towards sexy Honey Horneé (Kim Basinger).
